K 8 Months

This month was full of a lot of family time.  We started the month with K's baby dedication and all of the grandparents here to visit.  After that, the girls and I went to Boerne while Daddy was out of town for work.

The girls have loved each other since the day K came out of my womb, but their bond only continues to grow.  Their have been times the last couple of months were possessiveness has become a problem since K is learning to get S's toys.  Overall; however, they light up at each other.  Here's hoping it lasts forever! (Yes I know it's not realistic).

There have been many firsts this month: crawling, pulling up to stand, playing on the porch in the backyard, sitting in regular carts at stores instead of her car seat, and saying "Mama."  I truly love the last one  : )
Crawling to get the phone
First time riding in a racecar at HEB
Crawling around the back porch to play with Sissy
She got a new carseat this month.  I was hoping that a new, bigger seat would keep her from crying every time she's in the car.  Not so much...
She sure does look big in here though!

Sissy's baby dolls make her SOOO happy!

Samantha Update:
-She really started singing a lot this month.  Before she would fill in some words and sometimes do motions.  This month, though, she's singing all the words AND doing motions!
-She learned her ABCs!  Out of nowhere she just started singing them one night.  She's so cute and such a genius : ) (Video HERE)
